    Q1: What is the factory's MOQ?
     
    A: Standard order is 1×20ft container (about 25 tons); MOQ for customized products is usually 3000㎡, small trial orders are negotiable.
     
    Q2: What is the production lead time?
     
    A: 25-35 days for standard orders (after deposit receipt & drawing confirmation); 3-7 days for samples, plus 5-10 days for custom colors/specs.
     
    Q3: Do you support OEM/ODM?
     
    A: Yes. Customizable size, color, surface texture (wood grain/matte/gloss), logo & packaging, full OEM service available.

  • Co-extruded WPC Decking / Capped Composite Deck Boards

    • What is co-extruded decking?

      Co-extruded decking, also called capped composite decking, is dual-layer WPC material with a fused polymer protective shell, far more weather-resistant than uncapped WPC.

    • Does co-extruded decking fade?

      High-quality co-extrusion WPC decking with UV stabilizer cap layer greatly reduces fading, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure.

    • Is co-extruded decking waterproof?

      Yes. The sealed co-extruded outer layer prevents water absorption, avoiding swelling, mold and rot.

    • Where can co-extruded decking be used?

      Perfect for patios, pool decks, coastal gardens, balconies, rooftop terraces, resort and hotel outdoor flooring.

    • How to maintain co-extruded composite decking?

      Only clean with water and mild detergent. No painting, oiling or sealing needed.

  • Do you offer OEM/ODM services, custom colors, and custom profile tooling?

    Yes, full OEM/ODM customization is one of our core strengths. With over 200 extrusion mold dies in-house, we can develop new custom profile tooling within 15–20 days. We also offer precision Pantone/RAL color matching, custom grain embossing, length cutting up to 5.8m for container loading, and private-label logo printing on product backs and export cartons.

  • How are KSL products packed for long-distance ocean shipping?

    All KSL export shipments are secured on customized heavy-duty wooden/composite pallets, wrapped in multi-layer PE moisture-barrier stretch film, and reinforced with composite edge corner protectors and high-tensile strapping. This packaging guarantees structural protection against humidity, rough transit, and forklift handling.

  • What accessories are required for installation, and do you supply complete fastener systems?

    We provide full-envelope installation kits, including heavy-duty engineered polymer/stainless steel hidden clips, 304/316 stainless screws, starting clips, aluminum joists, WPC sub-frames, and L-shape edge trims. Every shipment comes with detailed step-by-step CAD drawings and illustrated installation guidelines to ensure quick, seamless, and compliant installation.
